Court 1 at 10am In chambers Inquest into the death of Sabrina Rizvi, 25,who was fatally shot in the early hours of 20 March 2003 outside Bexleyheath police station in South London. The inquest follows a long fight by the victim’s family to get the death looked into again.
Court 5 at 10am Mention in the case of Northampton teacher Fiona Beal accused of stabbing to death her partner, Nicholas Billingham,42.
Court 5 Not sitting trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.
Court 6 at 10.30am trial of Michael Ematuwo and three other alleged drug dealers accused of plotting to murder a rival. They were arrested after police decoded conversations on an encrypted military-grade chat room.
Court 7 at 10am trial of Denzel Kwateng and seven others in relation to the murder of 17-year-old Denardo Samuels-Brooks, who was stabbed to death in Streatham, South London.
Court 7 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of Zavier Williams and two others accused of attempted murder and firearms offences after a 26 year old man suffered gunshot injuries in a carpark in Battersea, London SW
Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent.
Court 9 at 9.45am Pre-trial review in the case of nurse Anuradha Bhupathiraju, 62, accused of causing a child’s death by leaving his monitor turned off allegedly without a doctor’s permission. The victim, James Dwerryhouse was aged seven.
Court 9 at 10.30am trial of of Adele Okojie Aidonojie, who is alleged to have killed two passengers in her Mini Cooper after it rolled over. A third passenger was injured in the accident. Both Mary Macharia, 23, and Rida Boutjettif, 24, died in the crash in Battersea, South West London
Court 12 at 10am trial of Tyrese Barnett and seven others in relation to the murder of Tyler McDermott, 17, who died in hospital in Tottenham, North London from a gunshot wound to his head.
Court 16 at 10.30am trial in the case of Asad Sharif and seven others in relation to the murder of 18-year-old Abubakkar ‘Junior’ Jah in East London in 2021. The victim was shot and stabbed.
