Court 2 Not sitting trial in the case of Petko Zhutev who was arrested in a police operation that netted up to 184 million pounds worth of cocaine.
Court 3 at 10am trial in the case of Rashid Gedel and another, accused of stabbing to death aspiring lawyer Sven Badzak,22, as well as the alleged attempted murder of the victim’s 16-year-old friend in the same incident. The two victims went out to buy bagels in Kilburn, London NW when they were attacked in a case of mistaken identity, the court heard.
Court 5 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of nurse Anuradha Bhupathiraju, 62, accused of causing the child’s death by leaving his monitor turned off allegedly without a doctor’s permission. The victim, James Dwerryhouse was aged seven.
Court 6 at 9.45am Mention in the case of lorry driver Gheorghe Nica, who was jailed after 39 Vietnamese migrants died in the back of a lorry discovered in Essex.
Court 6 at 10am Sentence in the case of Ross Pallett accused of murder. The victim, 39-year-old Wayne Potter was found unresponsive at a house in Becton London SE
Court 6 at 11am Sentence in the case of Jarrad Spence-Robinson, 24, also known as O’Field, is accused of killing Seun McMillan on 2 May 2017. Mr McMillan, 23, was attacked in Enfield, north London, as he walked towards his house with friends. He was stabbed once in the chest.
Court 6 at 2pm trial of Jamal Grant and two others accused of stabbing to death 25-year-old Devon Jensen-Wallace in Brent, West London.
Court 7 at 11am Plea and trial preparation of Mohammad Farooq accused of plotting a terrorist attack at an RAF base after he was allegedly found with a pressure cooker bomb outside a hospital in Leeds.
Court 7 at 11.30am Mention in the case of a serving member of the armed forces, Thomas Newsome, who denies breaching the Official Secrets Act by sharing “highly sensitive” military information.
Court 8 at 10am Mention in the case Paul Bryan accused of murdering a 63 year old man almost 40 years ago. Bryan,61, is accused of fatally stabbing Roman Szalajko in Roehampton, south-west London, on 7 February 1984.
Court 8 10am sentence in the case of Godfrey Madondo accused of murder. Jeremiah Sewell, 19, was stabbed in the neck as he sat in a parked car in Lewisham, London SE in what was described as a “postcode murder”
Court 12 at 10am trial of Joshua Broddle and others in relation to the discovery of two explosive devices in Greys Inn, in the heart of London’s legal quarter.
Court 13 at 10am trial in the case of Ronnie Haydon and others accused of murder. Imran Isat,30, was stabbed to death in Newbury Park, East London
Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Amraj Poonia and five others accused over the murder of Mohammed Shah Subhani,27, known as Shah, who was reported missing on May 7, 2019, when he failed to return to his home in Hounslow, west London. His body, which allegedly had shown signs of being tied up and burned, was found by chance in woodland.
