CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON THURSDAY
Court 1 at 10.30am trial in the case of Danville Neil, who is accused of killing 74-year-old Ann Castle and her 71-year-old brother William Bryan, almost 25 years ago in August 1993. He is also accused of burglary.
Court 5 at 10am Pre-trial review in the case of Mohammad Zubair Khan, o who is charged with eight counts of dissemination of terrorist material (contrary to Section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006).
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Mohamed El Abboud, 26 and Kusai Al-jundi, 23 who have both been charged with the murder of Louise Kam,71. The pensioner was last seen by a family member near the Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet, Herts at around 12.30hrs on Monday, 26 July. Her body was found at an address in Harrow, Middlesex on Sunday, 1 August.
Court 6 at 10.45am trial in the case of David Cheres accused of murder. Thai national Tiparat Argatu, 43, died from neck and head injuries at a property in east London after her husband, Cheres, found out she was having an affair with the victim.
Court 7 at 10.30am trial of former GP Manish Shah, who allegedly persuaded patients to have vaginal and breast examinations for his ‘sexual gratification’, Shah, 53, denies 41 sexual offences against eight victims over a five-year period between 2009 and July 2013.
Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Mohammed Ali and two others accused of murder. Iron Miah,40, was shot in the head in Whitechapel, East London.
Court 11 at 10am trial in the case of Kieran McHugh and another accused of murder. Abdi Khadar Adan,32, died in hospital after he was stabbed in East London at around 4.30pm on Sunday August 22
Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of Ronnie Haydon and others accused of murder. Imran Isat,30, was stabbed to death in Newbury Park, East London
Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Cornell Burrell and Oliver Scott accused of murder. The body of gym sales manager Justin Bello,38 was body found in a bin shed by dustmen. He had been strangled. Three others are also in the dock accused of trying to cover up the crime.
