Court 2 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Livo Mazzerello accused of a £45 million wine scam.
Court 2 at 2pm Sentence in the case of Zakaria Yanaouri charged with five counts of possessing material likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, contrary to Section 58 of the Terrorism Act (2000).
Court 6 at 10.30am trial of Levi Paschal, 33, and Clementine Jones, 31, who allegedly stabbed to death, Lee Casey, 39, in Brixton, south London, when it is claimed he tried to stop them mugging his friend.
Court 8 at 10am trial of Francis Appiagyei and two others accused of murder. David Bello-Monerville,38, was fatally stabbed in Barnet, north London, on 18 June. The victim’s two brothers had also met violent deaths.
Court 9 at 9.30am Judgement in the case of Andrew Dymock accused of a string of terror offences relating to promoting and encouraging neo-Nazi terrorism.
Court 9 at 10.30am Mention and trial preparation in the case of two brothers accused of terrorist related offences. Muhamed Aweys Munye Abu, 31, of South London is charged with failing to disclose information about acts of terrorism, contrary to section 38B of the Terrorism Act 2000. Sahayb Aweys Munye Abu, 27, of east London is accused of preparation of terrorist acts, contrary to section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
Court 9 at 2pm New trial of Stephen O’Rourke accused of murder. Rocky Djelal, a 38 year old father, was stabbed to death in London SE.
Court 11 at Plea and trial preparation in the case of Richard Hand accused of stabbing to death Yassar Mustakim Moussa, 37, who had a 10-month-old son. His body was found in a park in Walthamstow, East London.
Court 11 at 2pm Mention in the case of Clive Spencer and others accused of murder. Chad Gordon,27, was shot in the head in Haringey, North London in May.
Court 11 at 3pm Mention in the case of Lee Donaldson and others accused of murder. Christopher George, 26, was shot dead as he sat in a car in Edmonton, North London on the evening of 28 July.
Court 12 at 10.30am trial of Shaian Forde, 25, and others including two schoolboys aged 14 and 16, accused of murder. Santino Angelo Dymiter,18, was stabbed to death in East London.
Court 13 at 10am trial of Jordan Bramble who allegedly strangled Carl Thorpe, 46, who had recently arrived at his mental health unit and then set his body ablaze. Bramble, 21, is charged with murder and arson at the Highgate Mental Health Centre on Dartmouth Park Hill, north London.
Court 16 at 10.15am Defence case continues in the trial of HGV driver, Eamonn Harrison and three others in relation to a lorry in which 39 Vietnamese migrants died. Eight women and 31 men were found in the container in Purfleet, Essex, on 23 October last year. Police said they died from a lack of oxygen and overheating in an enclosed space.
