CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON TUESDAY

Court 2 at 10.15am Sentence in the case of far right extremist Filip Golon Bednarczyk, 25. who was arrested by officers from the Met Police on December 11, on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.  He had collected bomb manuals, components and a 2kg bag of sulphur powder while researching guns and weapons. He wrote hate filled posts targeting the LGBT community and Muslims

Court 7 at 12 noon Hearing in the case of £90,000 a year finance consultant Clare Sanders accused of murdering their four week old baby. The tot suffered severe head injuries.

Court 8 at 9.30am trial of Francis Appiagyei and two others accused of murder. David Bello-Monerville,38, was fatally stabbed in Barnet, north London, on 18 June. The victim’s two brothers had also met violent deaths.

Court 9 at 2pm New trial of Stephen O’Rourke accused of murder. Rocky Djelal, a 38 year old father, was stabbed to death in London SE.

Court 12 at 9.45am trial of Shaian Forde, 25,  and others including two schoolboys aged 14 and 16, accused of murder.  Santino Angelo Dymiter,18, was stabbed to death in East London.

Court 13 at 10am trial of Jordan Bramble who allegedly strangled Carl Thorpe, 46,  who had recently arrived at his mental health unit and then set his body ablaze. Bramble, 21, is charged with murder and arson at the Highgate Mental Health Centre on Dartmouth Park Hill, north London.

Court 16 at 10.15am Defence case continues in the trial of HGV driver, Eamonn Harrison and three others in relation to a lorry in which 39 Vietnamese migrants died. Eight women and 31 men were found in the container in Purfleet, Essex, on 23 October last year. Police said they died from a lack of oxygen and overheating in an enclosed space.
