Court 1 at 10.15am trial of Christian Fearon and another accused of the murder of Leenox Nigel Alcendor,42, in Cricklewood, London NW. The victim was stabbed in the neck.
Court 1 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of Nathniel Reece and Hassan Hamza, accused of murder. Imani Allaway-Muir,22, was shot dead in Islington, Nortrh London.
Court 1 at 3pm Mention in the case of Ibrahim Lunat accused of attempted murder following the stabbing of a 16 year old youth in Hackney, East London.
Court 2 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Khairi Saadallah accused of the Reading terror attack. Saadallah, 25, is charged with murdering James Furlong, 36, David Wails, 49, and Joseph Ritchie-Bennett, 39, with a large kitchen knife in Forbury Gardens, Reading shortly before 7pm on Saturday 20 June.
Court 2 at 10am trial of Philip Tarver accused of murdering his 86 year old mother with an ornamental sword and then decapitating her at their detached £600,000 Surrey home. He allegedly stored her head in a freezer.
Court 2 at 10.30am Peliminary hearing in the case of Michael Nugent accused of terrorist offences. He is accused of – Two counts of encouragement of terrorism, contrary to section 1 of the Terrorism Act (TACT) 2006;- One count of disseminating a terrorist publication, contrary to section 2 of the TACT 2006; – Nine counts of collection of information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, contrary to section 58 of the TACT 2000.
Court 2 at 11am Preliminary hearing in the case of Dean Morrice, a former army employee, who is charged with terrorism and explosive offences after ingredients to make an improvised device were discovered at his property.
Court 2 at 11.30am Mention in the case of Scott Porter, charged with making or possessing an explosive substance in suspicious circumstances, and three counts of possessing “terrorist-related material”.
Court 2 at 12.15pm Sentence in the case of Shahid Khan accused of terrorist related offences.
Court 2 at 2pm mention and preliminary hearing in the case of a defendant, who can only be referred to as LF accused of terror related offences.
Court 5 at 10am trial of Brusthom Ziamani, 24, and Baz Hockton, 26, accused of attempted murder of a prison officer at HMP Whitemore. The officer, Neil Trundle, sustained stab and slash wounds to his head, chest and face. Hocton had allegedly donned a fake suicide vest.
Court 8 at 10am trial of Aydin Altun and two other members of his family accused of trying to mow down a police officer after a shooting in Tottenham, North London.
Court 10 Not sitting extradition hearing of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. He is wanted in the US for allegedly conspiring with army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to expose military secrets between January and May 2010.
Court 10 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Daniel Burrell accused of murder. Barrington Davis,54, was found knifed to death in Lewisham, London SE
Court 10 at 10am Mention in the case of pensioner, Bakri Siraj-Sheldon,79, accused of murder. In 2003 the defendant stabbed 23-year-old Alexander Lloyd, and was jailed for the attack in 2004. Lloyd died of his injuries 13 years later resulting in the new murder charge.
Court 15 at 9.30am Ptre-trial review in the case of Nikolay Zhivkov accused of murdering a fellow Bulgarian national in Croydon, South London. Krasimir Kartikov,60, died of multiole injuries.
Court 15 at 10am Plea and trial preparation in the case of 18 year old Muhammad Jalloh and others including a 16 year old youth who deny murder. David Gomoh, 24. an NHS worker was stabbed to death outside his home in Newham, east London.
Court 15 at 12 noon Case management in the case of Hussain Yusuf Egal, 65, accused of murdering his wife, 57-year-old Maryan Ismail. The victim died of multiple injuries in Edmonton, North London on April 6.
Court 16 at 9.30am trial of Errol James, 51, and Romello Briggs-Leon, 25, who deny murder. Eraj Seifi, 46, was shot in the head in West London
