Court 1 at 11am plea and trial preparation in the case of pensioner Vasyl Myslyvets, 66, accused of the murder of a 36 year old man in a property in Brixton, South London.
Court 1 at 2pm Case management in the case of Lejaune Wood accused of the murder of his son, who died 14 years after sustaining a severe head injury as a baby. Aged four months old, Leajunne was found to have life-changing injuries following an incident in December 2007 in Hayes, west London
Court 5 at 12 noon Sentence of Jordan Burton, who was charged with murder after a victim of a violent assault died from a fatal epileptic seizure more than 15 years after the attack. Daniel Allright was 16 when he was attacked in south-east London in September 2006. He was struck over the head with a piece of wood, an advertising board and a bicycle chain, leaving him with brain injuries that caused seizures.
Court 6 at 10am trial of Shakaine Dwyer, 29, who has been charged with the murder of Ruben Nunes, 34, from Peterborough, who was run over on 3 December in Willesden, London NW after a car mounted the pavement.
Court 7 at 10am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Akala De Lisser and 10 others charged in connection with a long-running major investigation into the 2024 “execution style” shooting of 30 year old Mustapha Jatta in Kings Langley, Herts.
Court 9 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of Joshua Miller and another in relation to the murder of 34-year-old Dale Mundell, whose body was found in Kent woodland.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Joanna Cierpka, a 51 year old Polish woman, who is accused of killing Danish bankeer Henrik Slotsaa, 52, at their home in Elephant and Castle, South London
Court 13 at 9.45am Mention in the case of Warren White accused of murdering his 72 year old father, also called Warren, who was found unnconscious on a driveway in Eltham, London SE
Courft 14 at 10am Mention in the case of Harry Gittins accused of the murder of a homeless man. Anthony Marks, 51, was assaulted in the early hours of 10 August in a bin shed near King’s Cross St Pancras station. He died on 25 September 2024.
Court 16 at 10am trial of Deepak Sandhu accused of murder. His alleged victim was his sex-worker ex-girlfriend. The Old Bailey was told how 24-year-old Sandhu killed 39-year-old Xiaoqing Ke in a “ferocious” knife attack at her Air BnB flat in the Earls Court area of London.
