Court 4 at 10.15am Case management in case of teacher Julia Yeates, who taught at London Southbank University Academy, a secondary school and sixth form in Elephant and Castle, south London. She is accused of engaging in sexual activity with pupils and sending nude photos to children.
Court 5 at 10am trial of Jordan Burton charged with murder after a victim of a violent assault died from a fatal epileptic seizure more than 15 years after the attack. Daniel Allright was 16 when he was attacked in south-east London in September 2006. He was struck over the head with a piece of wood, an advertising board and a bicycle chain, leaving him with brain injuries that caused seizures.
Court 6 at 11am trial in the case of a woman accused of expressing support for Hamas and “celebrating” the October 7 attacks in Israel during a public speech. She has denied terror offences.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Joanna Cierpka, a 51 year old Polish woman, who is accused of killing Danish bankeer Henrik Slotsaa, 52, at their home in Elephant and Castle, South London.
Court 14 at 10am Hearing in the case of police nurse Sean Cregg over the death of William Cameron, 38, in January 2020. It is alleged Cregg failed in his duty of care by not acting on his observations that Mr Cameron could not walk and talk, making him unfit for detention in custody.
Court 15 at 10.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Robert Sabat accused of the murder of a 42 year old woman, who was stabbed to death in Brixton, South London.
