Court 9 at 10am new trial of Tahjin Sommersall and three others in relation to a drive by shooting. Michelle Sadio, 44, was killed as she stood among a crowd of mourners after a wake at the River of Life Elim Pentecostal Church in Harlesden, London NW on 14 December 2024.
Court 9 at 10am Sentence of a driver, who killed a man and mowed down others in a drink-fuelled rampage in London’s West End on Christmas Day. Anthony Gilheaney, 31, was found guilty of murdering 25-year-old Aidan Chapman and attempting to murder two other men in a series of attacks in the early hours of 25 December 2024.
Court 10 at 10am trial in the case of Russian sea captian Vladimir Motin. His container ship crashed into a US oil tanker in the North Sea and he is charged with manslaughter on the grounds of gross negligence. Crew member Mark Angelo Pernia, 38, died in the collision off the East Yorkshire coast.
Court 11 at 10am Sentence of Raynolph Asante, who was found guilty of murder. Asante stabbed Jason Romeo,20, after a violent confrontation earlier that evening, which stemmed from a fallout about a girl
