Court 6 at 10am Application under the proceeds of Crime Act. People smuggler Ronan Hughes has been ordered to pay over £180,000 over the deaths of 39 Vietnamese migrants found in a lorry container to their families.
Court 6 at 9.45am Case management in the case of Deveca Rose who was found guilty of four counts of manslaughter after her two sets of twin sons were killed in a fire in Sutton, south London in 2021. Kyson and Bryson Hoath, aged four, and Leyton and Logan Hoath, aged three, all died in the blaze.
Court 7 at 10am trial of three suspected Russian spies. Bulgarian nationals, Ivan Stoyanov, Vanya Gaberova and Katrin Ivanova were arrested under the Official Secrets Act and are said to have been working for a Russian agent.
Court 9 at 10am trial of hospital worker Benjamin Aninakwa and an NHS trust who have both denied causing the death of a 22-year-old mental health patient after she allegedly gained access to items used in 18 earlier attempts to take her own life. Alice Figueiredo died at Goodmayes Hospital, north-east London, in 2015.

Court 12 at 10.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Hamza Kamali and others accused of murder. Saley Beya, 38, was stabbed in East London and died three weeks later.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Saqib Khan and two others accused in relation to the murder of 26-year-old Anselam Senaj, who was stabbed to death inside a car in East London.
Court 13 at 10am trial of John Budal and two others accused of murder. Michael Patrick Afonso Peixoto, 27, was stabbed to death on 19 December in Croydon, South London in what was described as a “premeditated attack”
Court 14 at 10am Sentence of Vittorio Di Murro, who is the fifth man convicted of the murder of Jordan Briscoe. He had to be extradited to the UK from Italy. Briscoe was stabbed to death in North London.
Court 14 at 2.30pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of Jazz Reid accused of the attempted murder of an eight year old girl and her 34 year old father. Reid allegedly fired shots into a car in Ladbroke Grove, West London. The girl’s two-year-old sibling and mother, 32, were also in the car but were unharmed. The father suffered life changing injuries. The eight year old girl was said to have suffered a serious gunshot injury
Court 15 at 10.30am Preliminary hearing in the case of Ercan Akbal and five others charged with being part of the banned Kurdistan Workers’ party (PKK) after an investigation by counter-terrorism police.

Clark, 18, has been charged with preparation of terrorist acts, namely the acquisition and construction of component parts of improvised explosive devices, the making and testing of petrol bombs, and the attempted acquisition of a firearm between 1 June 2024 and 10 August 2024. Vinogradova, 19, has been charged with assisting in the preparation of terrorist acts, attempting to acquire a firearm and testing petrol bombs.
Court 15 at 2pm Mention in the case of Brogan Stewart and two other men from Staffordshire accused of planning a terror attack on an Islamic education centre in Leeds with a 3D-printed semi-automatic firearm
Court 15 at 2.30pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of Walid Saadaoui, 36, and Amar Hussein, 50, accused of carrying out a terror attack on the Jewish community in the North West of England. The charge against them alleges they “made arrangements for the purchase of delivery of firearms, conducted reconnaissance and made plans of attack”.
