Court 5 at 10am trial of motorist, Octavian Cadar accused of killing the daughter of an Ecuadorian politician, 27-year-old psychology graduate Vanessa Sagnay de la Bastida. She was known as Charlotte and died after being struck by a Mercedes on London’s Wandsworth Bridge
Court 6 at 10am Mention in the case of Philip Jones accused of murder. The alleged victim, 43-year-old Naython Muir was stabbed to death in Hounslow, London NW.
Court 8 at 10.30am Hearing in the case of James Harding accused of conspiracy to murder and drugs offences.
Court 11 at 10.30am Sentence in the case of motorist Javier Salazar, who is alleged to have killed a pedestrian, while two and a half times over the legal alcohol limit and on the wrong side of the road.. The victim, sixty-two-year-old Derek Kernan, was thrown into the air in the alleged hit and run accident in Tottenham, North London and died at the scene.
