They were all cleared of murder but a jury foreman but the forman later admitted he had made a mistake when it was announced the jury were unanimous in deciding not guilty verdicts. The victim Adrian Kise, 32, was fatally stabbed outside Waterloo station in London.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Tyrese Barnett and seven others in relation to the murder of Tyler McDermott, 17, died in hospital in Tottenham, North London from a gunshot wound to his head.
