Court 1 at 11am Preliminary hearing in the case of Muhammad Zakir Arif, 18, who allegedly lunged at a police officer while being questioned in Manchester following a counter- terrorist operation
Court 1 at 11.30am Preliminary hearing in the case of Shaan Farooq, from Birmingham, has been accused of one count of possessing terrorism material and three counts of distributing terrorism material.
Court 1 at 2pm Sentence of Mohammed Salah Uddin, 37, who pleaded guilty to several offences by breaching notifications requirements contrary to sections of the Counter Terrorism Act 2008.
Court 2 at 2pm Pre-trial review in the case of Reiss Sealy and others accused of murder. Givani Espuet was stabbed to death outside a restaurant in Wembley, West London.
Court 3 at 3pm Mention in the case of Mayara Loiola Ataide, 34, and Gevaldo Tavares Dos Santos, 46, who are accused of murder after a 46 year old man died in a house fire
Court 5 at 10.15am Mention in the case of Lee Byer, 44, who is charged with murdering Thomas O’Halloran, 87, in Greenford, west London. The Irish, grandfather was riding his disability scooter when he was repeatedly stabbed in the neck, chest and stomach.
Court 5 at 10.30am trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.
Court 6 at 10am trial of Michael Ematuwo and other alleged drug dealers accused of plotting to murder a rival. They were arrested after police decoded conversations on an encrypted military-grade chat room.
Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent
Court 9 at 10.30am Sentence of Joshua Jacques, who has admitted stabbing to death four members of the same family at a home in south London, but denies murder. He has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of NHS worker Dolet Hill, 64, her partner Denton Burke, 58, the daughter Tanysha Ofori-Akuffo, 45, and granddaughter Samantha Drummonds, 27.
Court 10 at 10am trial in the case of Migen Emilova and another in relation to the murder of Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, who was stabbed through the heart in Barnet, Herts.
Court 11 at 10am trial of Amadou Bah and four others accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was shot in the chest in New Malden, South London
Court 12 at 10am trial of Karl Black and four others in relation to the murder of Jordan Briscoe, 25, who was stabbed to death in Tottenham, North London.
Court 16 at 10.30am trial in the case of Asad Sharif and seven others in relation to the murder of 18-year-old Abubakkar ‘Junior’ Jah in East London in 2021. The victim was shot and stabbed.
