Cases of interest at the Old Bailey on Thursday

Court 3 at 10am Sentence of Leo Pryce, 22, who pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of James Donnelly in Hayes by reason of diminished responsibility.Mr Donnelly, 45, was found dead with a slash wound on Station Road on 15 July. Pryce was suffering from schizophrenia at the time.

Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.

Court 6 at 10am trial of Michael Ematuwo and other alleged drug dealers accused of plotting to murder a rival. They were arrested after police decoded conversations on an encrypted military-grade chat room.

Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent

Court 10 at 10am trial in the case of Migen Emilova and another in relation to the murder of Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, who was stabbed through the heart in Barnet, Herts.

Court 11 at 10am trial of Amadou Bah and four others accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was shot in the chest in New Malden, South London

Court 12 at 10am trial of Karl Black and four others in relation to the murder of Jordan Briscoe, 25, who was stabbed to death in Tottenham, North London.

Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Asad Sharif and seven others in relation to the murder of 18-year-old Abubakkar ‘Junior’ Jah in East London in 2021. The victim was shot and stabbed.
