Court 1 at 11.30am trial in the case of Kaine Gilead accused of murder. The victim 25-year-old Ramane Wiggan, was shot dead in Lambeth, South London.
Court 2 at 2.30pm Preliminary hearing in the case Benjamin Hyland, 29, from Leeds who is charged with two offences contrary to Section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2006 and six offences contrary to Section 58(1)(b) of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Court 3 at 11.30am Preparatory hearing in the case of security guard, David Smith accused of spying for Russia while he worked at the British Embassy in Berlin. He allegedly passed secret information about the Government to a military attache. He faces nine charges under the Official Secrets Act, which he denies
Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Sean Maurice,29, accused of murdering his father. Paul Maurice, 51, was found with multiple stab wounds to his chest atr a house in Bromley, London SE.
Court 6 at 11am Case management in the case of Joshua Jacques accused of stabbing to death four members of one family in London SE. Samantha Drummonds, 27, her mother Tanysha Drummonds, 45, grandmother Dolet Hill, 64, and Ms Hill’s partner Denton Burke, 68, were allegedly murdered by Jacques.
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Mohamed El Abboud, 26 and Kusai Al-jundi, 23 who have both been charged with the murder of Louise Kam,71. The pensioner was last seen by a family member near the Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet, Herts at around 12.30hrs on Monday, 26 July. Her body was found at an address in Harrow, Middlesex on Sunday, 1 August.
Court 7 Not sitting trial in the case of Steven Allan who denies the murder of millionaire banker Paul Mason,52. Allan knocked Mason to the ground with an uppercut punch, believing he had stolen his friends phone. Mason, the CEO for Qatar National Bank, died six months later from brain injuries. Allan admits manslaughter
Court 7 at 2pm Sentence of Sulai Bukhari aka Sulai Man for attempting to murder a 61-year-old social worker as he carried out a welfare check on two vulnerable children in Wood Green, North London. The social worker was stabbed eight times and two police officers were also knifed during the incident.
Court 8 at 10.45am trial of Ali Ceesay, 28, and others charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and possession of a prohibited weapon. It is alleged Mr Ceesay fatally shot Mr Mohamud, who died at the scene, in North London on September 21 2020. Two other men, aged in their 20s and 30s, also suffered gunshot injuries and were treated in hospital before being discharged.
Court 7 at 10.45am Mention in the case of Nigerian senator’s wife Beatrice Ekweremadu and her husband Ike Ekweremadu accused of plotting to traffic a homeless man into the UK to harvest a kidney for their daughter. The pair allegedly trafficked the 21-year-old to London from the streets of Lagos in Nigeria in order to harvest his organ.
Court 8 at 2pm Mention in the case of Asim Hasan accused of the murder of a 34 year old woman, who was found stabbed to death in an east London home.
Court 10 at 11am Sentence of Mohammed Sikander, who was found guilty of the murder of 29-year-old Mohammad Raza Gulzar in Whetstone, North London. He stabbed the dad to death, who was protecting his brother, after a fight broke out on a North London street.
Court 10 at 12.30pm Case management in the case of Suvenca Martis and another, who are charged with murdering Richard Obi, 25, whose body was found by his sister after she received a mystery call and was directed to the scene. The victim’s mother was tied up with duct tape close to the body of her son. Obi had been stabbed nine times.
Court 11 at 11am trial in the case of Kieran McHugh and another accused of murder. Abdi Khadar Adan,32, died in hospital after he was stabbed in East London at around 4.30pm on Sunday August 22.
Court 12 at 9.30am Sentence in the case of Jay Clark, who was found guilty of attempted murder. He cut his 34 year old partner’s throat and stabbed her more than 30 times during Covid lockdown at their home in Enfield, North London.
Court 12 Not sitting trial of Rhys Barrow and others accused of two attempted murders after two men were shot in Walthamstow, East London. Kaan Cicek was shot in the leg outside a kebab shop in November 2017 while a second man, Stephen Lawrence, was targeted while crossing a junction on the High Street in July 2018. The court heard that the shootings formed part of a wider spate of violence between the Mali Boys and the Higham Hill/Priory Court gang in E17.
Court 14 at 12 noon Case management in the case of Godfrey Madondo and another accused of murder. Jeremiah Sewell, 19, was stabbed in the neck as he sat in a parked car in Lewisham, London SE.
Court 15 at 10.45am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Amraj Poonia accused over the murder of Mohammed Shah Subhani,27, known as Shah, who was reported missing on May 7, 2019, when he failed to return to his home in Hounslow, west London. His body which allegedly had shown signs of being tied up and burning was found by chance in woodland.
Court 16 at 10.45am trial in the case of Deekan Vig accused of murdering his 86 year old father. The pensioner died of a head wound.
