Court 1 at 2pm trial in the case of Kai Holder accused of causing death by dangerous driving. Holder was driving a moped belonging to the Dominos pizza chain, with the victim, 14 year old schololboy Bradlee Alboni-Odellas a passenger, when the fatal crash took place.
Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Bobby Ternent and another accused of murder. John Avers, 47, suffered “catastrophic” injuries when he was held down and run over four times, in Dagenham, East London supermarket carpark.
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Luke Matthews and others accused of murder. Kyle Kelson, 25, was blasted in the head with a shotgun in the early hours of June 19 in North Cheam, Surrey.
Court 7 at 10am (appearing remotely) Mention in the case of John Paul accused of an unsolved murder that took place over 40 years ago. Barman Anthony Bird, 41, was found naked with his wrists bound at his flat in London SW on June 6 1980,
Court 8 at 10am jury deliberating in the case of David Adeyanju and others accused of murder. Minicab driver Gabriel Bringye, 37, was found collapsed inside a vehicle in Tottenham, north London suffering from stab wounds.
Court 9 at 10.15am trial of Dray Nyame , 28, who is charged with attempted murder and firearms offences. He allegedly shot a gang rival through the window of a moving car after making off with a stash of drugs without paying.
Court 10 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Ben Oliver, 23 accused of the murder of 74-year-old David Oliver, who was stabbed to death.
Court 10 at 10am trial of James Watson, who is charged with murdering six year old Rikki Neave. Rikki’s naked body was in woodland a few minutes from his home in Welland, Peterborough, on November 29 1994. Watson would have been 13 at the time of the killing. He was arrested following a cold case review
Court 10 at 11am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Scott Mason accused of possessing a copy of a document which includes instructions on bomb-making and preparing for acts of terrorism.
Court 10 at 11.30am Mention in the case of Dwaine Harris accused of murder. Reece Young, 23, was stabbed in Croydon in March 2021.
Court 12 at 10.30am Pre-trial review in the case of Danny Harle accused of attempted murder following a shooting in Herne Hill, London SE.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Tahra Ahmed, who was running a volunteer network to assist victims of the Grenfell fire. She is alleged to have made comments about supposed Jewish involvement in the tragedy.
