CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON FRIDAY

Court 1 at 12 noon Preliminary hearing in the case of Ayub Khan,19, charged with possessing a knife linked to a terror plot and trying to encourage terrorist attacks over a WhatsApp group chat.

Court 1 at 12.30pm Preliminary hearing in the case of Simon Pilgrim,40, who has been charged with making an explosive substance for unlawful purposes and three charges of possessing a document containing information useful to terrorism.

Court 1 at 2pm Preliminary hearing in the case of terror suspect Elias Djelloul,19, accused of sharing extremist material on Instagram including ISIS training videos.

Court 1 at 3.30pm Sentence of Bryan Patino-Guerrero, who was accused of rape.

Court 5 at 10am Sentence in the case of Shariq Khan and others accused of murder. Mohammed Mirza, 19, was stabbed to death in Ilford, East London last November.

Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Luke Matthews and others accused of murder.  Kyle Kelson, 25, was blasted in the head with a shotgun in the early hours of June 19 in North Cheam, Surrey.

Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of David Adeyanju and others accused of murder. Minicab driver Gabriel Bringye, 37, was found collapsed inside a vehicle in Tottenham, north London suffering from stab wounds

Court 10 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of brothers Jahmarley and Jahni Thomas accused of a double shooting in which one man was shot in the chest and stabbed and another shot in the hand in North West London. The pair deny two charges of attempted murder and firearms offences.

Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of Leon Smith, 39, Warwick Burrows, 47, and others, who are said to have been part of a gang war waged against Turkish crime families in north London. They deny conspiracy to murder.Court 14 at 10.30am trial in the case of pensioner Keith Bettison,71, who denies murdering his 48 year old wife Ildiko Bettison in Chessington, London SW

Court 15 at 10am trial of Tyreese Ulysses,19, accused of murdering Levi Ernest-Morrison,17, who was hacked to death in a machete attack in Sydenham, London SE.
