CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON MONDAY

Court 1 at 9.30am Pre-trial review in the case of Rushell McLaughlin charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. The case against the woman follows the shooting of a 24 year old man in Barking, East London.

Court 7 at 10am trial in the case of Grzegorz Szal and another accused of murder. Grzegorz Pietrycki, 25, collapsed outside a house in Wood Green, north London, in the early hours of August 23 2016 after being stabbed.

Court 9 at 9.30am Review in the case of Uran Nabiev accused of killing Jake Kemp, 26, in an alleged road rage attack over a broken wing mirror in Bexley, Kent.

Court 9 at 9.45am Sentence in the case of James Martin,27, a white van driver, who ran over and killed 38 year old Stella Frew after refusing to pay her 50 pounds for oral sex.

Court 9 at 10.15am Mention in the case of Oliver Muldowney accused of the murder of  39-year-old Tim Hipperson, who died in hospital on Thursday, 20 May. He was stabbed on Monday, 17 May.

Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of Leon Smith, 39, Warwick Burrows, 47, and others, who are said to have been part of a gang war waged against Turkish crime families in north London. They deny conspiracy to murder.

Court 14 at 10.30am trial of Nicola Leighton and her son Tyreese Ulysses,19, accused of murdering Levi Ernest-Morrison,17, who was hacked to death in a machete attack in Sydenham, London SE.
