Court 14 at 10am trial of a father and son attacked a man with a machete and a metal pole after a car was driven into their family’s restaurant and set alight. The defendants both called John Sayers deny causing grievous bodily harm with intent to Walter Patterson, who suffered deep wounds to his forearm and broken ribs.
Court 15 at 2pm Sentence of Ben Wazabanga, who drove from Bedford to New Cross, London SE to kill Ayowale Aladejana with the youngsters, aged one and two, in the back of his car. The 26 year old victim was stabbed to death on his doorstep after a business dispute.
Court 16 at 10am trial of eight alleged Palestine Action activists following a break in at Elbit Systems UK. Palestine Action allege Elbit Systems UK is involved in the manufacture and supply of weapons to the Israeli military – a claim the company strongly denies.
