Cases of interest at the Old Bailey on Monday

Court 2 at 11am trial of student Sarah Cotte charged with two counts of expressing support for a proscribed organisation (Hamas) under the Terrorism Act (2000).

Court 5 at 10am trial of five youths in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Keanu Harker in Enfield, North London, which occurred in June 2025. The victim was chased and shot twice.

Court 6 at 10am trial of a former police sergeant Paul Street, accused of assaulting suspect Samuel Kayode in January 2020. He allegedly went on to pervert the course of justice by creating false statements about the arrest and the injuries Kayode suffered.

Court 6 at 12 noon trial of a 41 year old man accused of murdering two women and raping a third.

Court 12 at 10am Sentence of Jorge Enriquez after a woman in her thirties was stabbed in Lewisham, London SE

Court 13 at 10am Mention in the case of Navjot Singh accused of murder and GBH. Gurbhej Singh,26, was stabbed to death in Southall, West London and a second man in his thirties was also injured.

Court 14 at 10am trial of Yonus Girma and another in relation to the murder of Stephen Morrison, 30. He was found seriously injured on the forecourt of a Shell petrol station in Epping Road, Epping, Essex, at about 8pm on June 23, 2020. He died later in hospital from stab wounds.

Court 15 at 10.30am Sentence of Alrind Hashani and another convicted of murder. Ahmed Jama, 29, was stabbed to death in St. John’s Wood, London NW

Court 16 at 10am trial of eight alleged Palestine Action activists following a break in at Elbit Systems UK. Palestine Action allege Elbit Systems UK is involved in the manufacture and supply of weapons to the Israeli military – a claim the company strongly denies.
