The chargs are in relation to the murder of Leroy Mitchell, 35, a father of three, who was shot as he left a party in Croydon, South London on October 2 2021.

Court 10 at 10.30am trial in the case of Juan Joseph, a former government contractor, who worked in the intelligence community, is accused of making “damaging” disclosures under the Official Secrets Act.
