Court 2 at 10am Mention of Oluseyi Dare accused of burglary and a firearms offence

Court 2 at 10.30am Sentence in the case of Yassin Uddin charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured, failing to stop after an accident and perverting the course of justice. A man in his 40’s was run over in Westminster, central London

Court 5 at 10.30am trial in the case of Ercan Akbal and five other Kurds, who  have pleaded not guilty to membership of the proscribed group, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, also known as the PKK, between March 1 2011 and November 27 2024.

Court 8 at 9.45am Case management in the case of nurse Sean Cregg  over the death of William Cameron, 38, in January 2020. It is alleged Cregg failed in his duty of care by not acting on his observations that Mr Cameron could not walk and talk, making him unfit for detention in custody.

Court 8 at 10am trial of Omar Prempeh,32, and four others accused of the murder of a 16-year-old, Lathaniel Burrell, who was fatally shot in south London

Court 9 at 10am trial of Ashenafei Demissie who claimed his electric car moved by itself before striking and killing a five year old boy and injuring his son. He had been parked outside his flat in Borough, south London, in November 2022 when his Volkswagen ID.4 moved forward and hit the two boys before crashing into five stationary cars, the court heard. He claimed a fault on the electric vehicle caused it to accelerate “of its own accord” before striking the youngsters, who were playing outside.

Court 14 at 10am Case management in the case of Harry Gittins accused of the murder of a homeless man. Anthony Marks, 51, was assaulted in the early hours of 10 August in a bin shed near King’s Cross St Pancras station. He died on 25 September 2024.
