Court 1 at 10.45am Case management in the case of Perry Allen-Thomas and three others accused of a drive by shooting. Michelle Sadio, 44, was killed as she stood among a crowd of mourners after a wake at the River of Life Elim Pentecostal Church in Harlesden, London NW. Two others were wounded.
Court 5 at 10am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Higgins Homes PLC and four construction workers accused of corporate manslaughter. Michaela Boor, 30, was killed after a pallet of bricks fell from a crane in Bethnall Green, East London
Court 5 at 10.15am Case management in the case of Bilal Tahir accused of killing two women in a horror crash on the M20. Dr Habiba Hajallie,35, and Lisa Webber were both killed on the hard shoulder after Webber got out to help Hajallie, who had acquaplaned and hit a barrier. A third person, who got out of his car to assist was also hit and suffered serious injuries. Bilal is accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
Court 7 at 10am Preparatory hearing in the case of Ercan Akbal and five other Kurds have pleaded not guilty to membership of the proscribed group, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, also known as the PKK, between March 1 2011 and November 27 2024.
Court 7 Not sitting trial of Ahmed Khaleel and two others in relation to the murder of 34-year-old Nash Clyne in Acton, West London. At least three other people were injured during the incident in which possible shots were heard.
Court 9 at 10am Mention in the case of Sarah Cotte,21, accused of expressing support for Hamas and “celebrating” the October 7 attacks in Israel during a public speech. She has denied terror offences.

Court 12 at 10am trial of Renaldo Roberts and four others in relation to the murder of Jason Romeo,20, who was stabbed to death in East London
Court 13 Not sitting trial of Dante Forrest accused of the murder of 40-year-old Marvin Dickson. The victim died of “blunt force trauma” and his body was left in the bath of his Wood Green, North London home.
Court 14 at 10am trial of former Metropolitan police officer PC David Carrick, from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, who has been accused of two counts of rape, one count of sexual assault and a count of coercive and controlling behaviour against a woman between 2014 and 2019. He has also been charged with five counts of indecent assault on a girl under 14 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, between 1989 and 1990, when he was a teenager.
Court 15 at 10.30am trial in the case of Peter Augustine accused of murder. John Mackey,87 died after being attacked on a Manor House, north London street for the sake of his groceries, the court was told.
