The 67 year old was riding a BMW motorcycle when it is alleged he struck 81-year-old Helen Holland in West Cromwell Road in Earl’s Court.
Court 6 at 10am trial of a couple charged with the manslaughter of their newborn baby daughter, whose remains were found in a Lidl “bag for life” in a Brighton allotment shed.
Court 8 at 10am trial eight men in relation to the murder of 22 year old Janayo Lucima, who was shot dead on his doorstep in West Kensington, London in a “planned execution,” the court heard.
Court 9 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Jamal Walker-Bailey accused of GBH charges. He is alleged to have attacked a cyclist in Manchester and assaulted three police officers, who responded to the incident.

Alice Figueiredo died at Goodmayes Hospital, north-east London, in 2015.
