Cases of interest at the Old Bailey on Wednesday

Court 1 at 10am Sentence of Kyle Kitchen accused of murdering his own daughter. Kitchen, 36, from Camden, north London injured Primrose Kane when she was a baby on November 3, 2014 by shaking her. Primrose later died at the age of six, as a result of her father’s actions, on May 17, 2021.

Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Bamidele Fawehinmi and two others accused of assaulting and killing a man, whose body was found in a Hackney, East London house.

Court 6 Day off in trial of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon. The pair are charged with the manslaughter of their newborn baby daughter Victoria whose remains were found in a Lidl “bag for life” in a Brighton allotment shed.

Court 8 at 10am trial of Khuedr Al Kurdi and seven others in relation to the murder of 22 year old Janayo Lucima, who was shot dead on his doorstep in West Kensington, London in a “planned execution,” the court heard.

Court 9 at 9.45am Plea and trial preparatrion in the case of Perry Allen Thomas and two others charged in connection with the murder of 44-year-old Michelle Sadio who was shot dead while standing among mourners at a wake in Harlesden in London NW.

Court 9 at 10am trial in the case of Dalziell Wederburn and two others in relation to the murder of Robert Robinson,21, who was stabbed to death in Deptford, London SE

Court 11 at 10am trial in the case of Errol Woodger accused of murder. Marc Allen, 51, died in hospital on 29 January 2020, almost a month after he was run over by his own car during an incident in December 2019 in in Erith, London SE.

Court 12 at 10am trial of Marcus La Croix and another accused of murder. Tanesha Melbourne-Blake,17, was out with friends when she was shot from a Vauxhall people carrier on in Tottenham, North London on 2 April 2018.

Court 16 at 10am trial of Abel Chunda and four others in relation to a double murder. Leonardo Reid, 15, and 23-year-old Klevi Shekaj were attacked with Zombie knives while they filmed a drill rap music video
