Court 2 at 10am Hearing in the case of Kyle Joseph Peters charged with violent disorder in relation to the death of Givani Espuet,21, who was stabbed to death in Wembley, West London
Court 5 Not sitting trial in the case of Bamidele Fawehinmi accused of assaulting and killing a man, whose body was found in a Hackney, East London house.
Court 6 at 10am Case management of former Metropolitan police officir PC David Carrick, from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, who has been accused of two counts of rape, one count of sexual assault and a count of coercive and controlling behaviour against a woman between 2014 and 2019. He has also been charged with five counts of indecent assault on a girl under 14 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, between 1989 and 1990, when he was a teenager.
Court 6 at 10am trial of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon. The pair are charged with the manslaughter of their newborn baby daughter Victoria whose remains were found in a Lidl “bag for life” in a Brighton allotment shed.
Court 7 at 10am Preparatory hearing in the case of Walid Saadaoui, 36, and Amar Hussein, 50, accused of carrying out a terror attack on the Jewish community in the North West of England. The charge against them alleges they “made arrangements for the purchase of delivery of firearms, conducted reconnaissance and made plans of attack”.
Court 7 at 10.30am Preliminary hearing in the case of Nathan Gill, a former leader of Reform UK in Wales, who allegedly agreed to receive money to make statements “benefiting” the Russian narrative on Ukraine while serving as an MEP.
Court 7 at 12 noon Preliminary hearing in the case of Ashton Evans with possession with intent to supply class A drugs, contrary to section 5(3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1971 and with failing to report information about acts of terrorism, contrary to section 38B of the Terrorism Act, 2000.
Court 8 at 10am trial of Khuedr Al Kurdi and seven others in relation to the murder of 22 year old Janayo Lucima, who was shot dead on his doorstep in West Kensington, London in a “planned execution,” the court heard
Court 13 at 2pm sentence of Ozdemir Zia, a 75 year old bus driver accused of causing death by careless driving following a bus crash which killed 83-year-old Edna MCcLean.
Court 14 Not sitting trial of Kyle Kitchen accused of murdering his own daughter. Kitchen, 36, from Camden, north London allegedly injured Primrose Kane when she was a baby on November 3, 2014. Primrose later died at the age of six, allegedly as a result of her father’s actions, on May 17, 2021.
Court 15 at 10am trial in the case of brothers Louis and Stewart Ahearne and Daniel Kelly in relation to the conspiracy to murder of cage fighter Paul Allen,45. The victim was left with life changing injuries after being shot in East London in 2019.
