Court 1 at 10.30am Preliminary hearing in the case of Anthony Greenstein, who was arrested in a dawn raid by anti-terrorist police for his alleged illegal post and behaviour in support of the Palestinian people. A demonstration is being arranged outside the court to support him
Court 1 at 11.30am Preliminary hearing in the case of Paul Martin accused of encouraging terrorism by using social media to call for an armed uprising during the covid pandemic.
Court 2 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of Brogan Stewart and two other alleged right wing extremists accused of making a 3D-printed gun to use in a neo-Nazi attack on an Islamic education centre.
Court 5 Not sitting trial of Jaden Sheriff in relation to the murder of 37-year-old Robert Weston, was stabbed to death in Harrow, West London
Court 7 at 10am trial of four suspected Russian spies. Bulgarian nationals, Ivan Stoyanov, Vanya Gaberova, Tihomir Ivanchev and Katrin Ivanova were arrested under the Official Secrets Act and are said to have been working for a Russian agent.
Court 9 at 10am trial of hospital worker Benjamin Aninakwa and an NHS trust who have both denied causing the death of a 22-year-old mental health patient after she allegedly gained access to items used in 18 earlier attempts to take her own life. Alice Figueiredo died at Goodmayes Hospital, north-east London, in 2015.
Court 10 at 10am trial of Armando Salillari accused of attempted murder after a man in his 40’s was stabbed in broad daylight in Clapham Junction in South London.
Court 13 at 10am trial of Daniel Matos and two others accused of murder. Tyler Donnelly,19, was stabbed to death in Feltham, West London
Court 14 at 10am Pre-trial review in the case of Rumani Tuitt accused of attempted murder after an 18 year old youth suffered a serious tab wound the stomach at the Notting Hill Carnival
Court 16 at 10am Sentence of car sales executive Ivan Zailac, who killed a work colleague when he lost control of his BMW at nearly 100mph and smashed head on into 26-tonne truck. Stephanie Nye-Diroyan, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene just under two hours after the collision in Enfield, north London.
Court 16 at 2pm Mention in the case of Lorik Lupqi accused of two murders and attempted murder. He is alleged to have stabbed to death of 15-year-old Leonardo Reid, and 23-year-old Klevi Shekaj. A third man was injured in the same incident in Islington, North London. Lupqi was extradited back to this country from Kosovo
Court 16 Not sitting trial of David Walcott and another accused of murder. Rijkaard Salu Siafa,22, was stabbed to death in Croydon, South London
