Court 5 at 10am Sentence of John Budal and two others accused of murder. Michael Patrick Afonso Peixoto, 27, was stabbed to death on 19 December in Croydon, South London in what was described as a “premeditated attack”
Court 5 at 10am New trial of Jaden Sheriff accused of murder. His alleged victim, 37-year-old Robert Weston, was stabbed to death in Harrow, West London
Court 6 at 2pm New trial of Ozdemir Zia, a 75 year old bus driver accused of causing death by dangerous driving following a bus crash which killed 83-year-old Edna MCcLean.
Court 7 at 10am trial of four suspected Russian spies. Bulgarian nationals, Ivan Stoyanov, Vanya Gaberova, Tihomir Ivanchev and Katrin Ivanova were arrested under the Official Secrets Act and are said to have been working for a Russian agent.
Court 9 Not sitting trial of hospital worker Benjamin Aninakwa and an NHS trust who have both denied causing the death of a 22-year-old mental health patient after she allegedly gained access to items used in 18 earlier attempts to take her own life. Alice Figueiredo died at Goodmayes Hospital, north-east London, in 2015.
Court 10 at 11.30am Mention in the case of Carlos Ramirez Tavarez and three others in relation to the murder of 36-year-old Gregory Castillo Volquez in Harringay, who was stabbed to death.

Court 14 at 9.45am Application in the case of Ka’mani Brightley-Donaldson and five others charged in connection with the death of Kacey Boothe,25, who suffered gun shot wounds to his neck and chest.
Court 14 at 10am trial in the case of Khalid Khan,49, and others accused of murder. The victim 57 year old Khurram Butt was stabbed to death in Uxbridge, London NW
Court 15 at 10am trial in the case of Aklakur Rahman, charged with 15 offences. The offences include the attempted murder of five prison officers, two at HMP Swaleside and three at Belmarsh prison, between September and October 2022.
