Cases of interest at the Old Bailey on Tuesday

Court 5 at 10am trial of brothers Paul and Matthew Yusuff and their friend Moussa Traore accused of the fatal stabbing of Adrian Kise, 32, outside Waterloo station.

Court 6 at 10am New trial in the case of Jimmy McDonagh accused of the murder of a 43 year old man, who died of a head injury after being assaulted in Hayes, West London.

Court 7 at 10.15am trial of three suspected Russian spies. Bulgarian nationals, Ivan Stoyanov, Vanya Gaberova and Katrin Ivanova were arrested under the Official Secrets Act and are said to have been working for a Russian agent.

Court 10 at 10am trial of of Ben Laing and three others accused of murder. Tyreece Scott,24, was stabbed to death in Hounslow, London NW

Court 12 at 10.30am Mention in the case of Anthony Gilheaney accused of four counts of attempted murder after pedestrians were hit by a car in London’s West End on Christmas Day. The car was travelling on the wrong side of the road in Shaftesbury Avenue, Soho – in the capital’s theatre district – when it hit four people. One person remains in a critical condition in hospital.

Court 13 at 10.30am New trial of Daniel Matos and two others accused of murder. Tyler Donnelly,19, was stabbed to death in Feltham, West London
