Court 5 at 10am Application in the case of Ali Xhaferri, 43, who lost control of his BMW, while drivng at nearly 100mph on the A406 North Circular Roadon March 11 2022 and struck Ahmed Moneer, 37, a pedestrian walking along the pavement. Mr Moneer was thrown into the front room of a nearby residential property in front of a shocked family. He died instantly. The front seat passenger was seriously hurt in the accident.
Court 5 at 2pm Mention of bus driver Aston Hopwood accused of causing the death of one of his passengers by moving off as the man tried to board the vehicle. Steven Mitchell, 60, died after the accident in Peckham, London SE.
Court 7 at 2.45pm Mention in the case of Ben Laing and another accused of murder. Tyreece Scott,24, was stabbed to death in Hounslow, London NW
