Court 1 at 10am trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent.
Court 5 at 10am Jury deliberating in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.
Court 6 at 9.45am Mention in the case of Derek Martin accused of murdering a young married couple. The bodies of Josh Bashford, 33, and 30-year-old Chloe were found at their home, in Lewes Road, Newhaven, Sussex
Court 6 at 10am Plea and trial preparation in the case of serving prisoner Aklakar Rahman accused of attempting to kill prison officers. The offences include the attempted murder of five prison officers, two at HMP Swaleside and three at Belmarsh prison, between September and October 2022.
Court 6 at 10.15am Preliminary hearing in the case of former marine Matthew Trickett and two others accused of spying for the Hong Kong intelligence service. Trickett was found dead recently in a park in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Court 7 at 10am trial of Denzel Kwateng and seven others in relation to the murder of 17-year-old Denardo Samuels-Brooks, who was stabbed to death in Streatham, South London.
Court 7 at 10.30am Mention in the case of Mohamed Lidow charged with the rape and manslaughter of Natalie Patricia Shotter,37, in 2021. Her body was found in Southall Park in West London.
Court 8 at 2pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) and its former mental health ward manager Benjamin Aninakwa, 52. They are accused of manslaughter for failing to protect patient Alice Figueiredo, 22, who died while she was at risk of self-harm.
Court 12 at 10.30am trial of Tyrese Barnett and seven others in relation to the murder of Tyler McDermott, 17, died in hospital in Tottenham, North London from a gunshot wound to his head.
Court 13 at 10am Pre-trial review in the case of rapper, Kemani Duggan, who uses the stage name Bandokay. He is charged with possession of a handgun and ammunition without a licence.
Court 13 at 10.15am Case management in the case of Donovan Kenlyn accused pushing a random member of the public onto the underground train tracks as well attacking two other Tube passengers at West Hampstead and Baker Street stations on October 27. The man on the tracks was saved by two brave members of the public, who pulled him to safety at Finchley Road tube station.
Court 15 at 10am trial in the case of Suvenca Martis and two others, who are charged with murdering Richard Obi, 25, whose body was found by his sister after she received a mystery call and was directed to the scene. The victim’s mother was tied up with duct tape close to the body of her son. Obi had been stabbed nine times
