Court 1 at 10am Case management in the case of Eden Clark and Abel Chunda accused of double murder. Leonardo Reid, 15, and 23-year-old Klevi Shekaj were attacked with Zombie knives while they filmed a drill rap music video
Court 1 at 12 noon Inquest into the death of Sabrina Rizvi, 25,who was fatally shot in the early hours of 20 March 2003 outside Bexleyheath police station in South London. The inquest follows a long fight by the victim’s family to get the death looked into again
Court 2 at 10.30am preparatory hearing in the case of Daniel Khalife,21, a member of the British army, accused of carrying out a bomb hoax and eliciting information about forces personnel for purposes that could be ‘useful’ to a terrorist.
Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.
Court 6 at 10am trial of Michael Ematuwo and three other alleged drug dealers accused of plotting to murder a rival. They were arrested after police decoded conversations on an encrypted military-grade chat room.
Court 6 at 2pm Sentence in the case of Kyle Gordon, who was convicted of murder. The victim Russell Gordon was blasted with a sawn off shotgun and stabbed during a gang related attack in Enfield, North London in 2018. A second victim was also stabbed during the attack.
Court 8 Not sitting trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent
Court 10 at 10am trial in the case of Migen Emilova and another in relation to the murder of Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, who was stabbed through the heart in Barnet, Herts.
Court 11 at 10am trial of Amadou Bah and another accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was shot in the chest in New Malden, South London
Court 11 at 10.30am trial of Reiss Sealy and another accused of murder. Givani Espuet was stabbed to death outside a restaurant in Wembley, West London.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Karl Black and four others in relation to the murder of Jordan Briscoe, 25, who was stabbed to death in Tottenham, North London.
Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Asad Sharif and seven others in relation to the murder of 18-year-old Abubakkar ‘Junior’ Jah in East London in 2021. The victim was shot and stabbed.
