Court 1 at 10am Inquest into the death of Sabrina Rizvi, 25,who was fatally shot in the early hours of 20 March 2003 outside Bexleyheath police station in South London. The inquest follows a long fight by the victim’s family to get the death looked into again
Court 2 at 10am trial of Reiss Sealy and another accused of murder. Givani Espuet was stabbed to death outside a restaurant in Wembley, West London.
Court 3 at 10am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Summer Betts-Ramsey and another, who have been charged in connection with an alleged hate crime stabbing of a transgender girl. The victim, 18, was attending a rollerskating party with friends when she was attacked by a group and subjected to transphobic slurs, it is alleged. She was stabbed 14 times. Betts- Ramsey denies attempted murder.
Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.
Court 6 at 10am trial of Michael Ematuwo and three other alleged drug dealers accused of plotting to murder a rival. They were arrested after police decoded conversations on an encrypted military-grade chat room.
Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent
Court 9 at 10am Application continues in the case of Islamist preacher Anjem Choudary and another. Choudary is charged with directing a terrorist organisation, being a member of the proscribed organisation Al-Muhajiroun (ALM) and addressing meetings to encourage support for the group.
Court 10 at 11am trial in the case of Migen Emilova and another in relation to the murder of Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, who was stabbed through the heart in Barnet, Herts.
Court 11 at 10am trial of Amadou Bah and another accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was shot in the chest in New Malden, South London
Court 12 at 10am trial of Karl Black and four others in relation to the murder of Jordan Briscoe, 25, who was stabbed to death in Tottenham, North London.
Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Asad Sharif and seven others in relation to the murder of 18-year-old Abubakkar ‘Junior’ Jah in East London in 2021. The victim was shot and stabbed.
