Cases of interest at the Old Bailey on Monday

Court 2 at 12 noon Hearing re the Inquest into the 2020 terror attack in Forbury Gardens, Reading. Three men were stabbed to death and three other people were seriously injured by 25 year old Libyan male refugee, named Khairi Saadallah.

Court 3 at 12 noon Sentence of Quincy French and four others in relation to the killing of Emmanuel Odunlami, 32, from Romford, East London. The victim was stabbed to death while out celebrating his birthday at a restaurant in the City of London. It is alleged he was targeted because of his valuable watch. But the watch turned out to be a fake version of a 300,000 pounds timepiece.

Court 5 at 12 noon trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.

Court 8 at 12 noon trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent.

Court 10 at 12 noon trial in the case of Theo Simon and others accused of murder.  Givani Espuet, 21, was stabbed to death during a mass brawl outside a restaurant in Sudbury, West London

Court 11 at 12 noon trial of Amadou Bah and four others accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was shot in the chest in New Malden, South London

Court 12 at 12 noon trial of Karl Black and four others in relation to the murder of Jordan Briscoe, 25, who was stabbed to death in Tottenham, North London.

Court 15 at 12 noon trial of Sandip Patel accused of a murder that took place nearly 30 years ago. Marina Koppell,39, was stabbed to death in her Westminster, central London home in August 1994
