Cases of interest at the Old Bailey on Monday

Court 1at 10am Pre-Inquest hearing into the death of Sabrina Rizvi, 25, who was fatally shot in the early hours of 20 March 2003 outside Bexleyheath police station in South London. The inquest follows a long fight by the victim’s family to get the death looked into again.

Court 2 at 10am Hearing re the Inquest into the 2020 terror attack in Forbury Gardens, Reading. Three men were stabbed to death and three other people were seriously injured by 25 year old Libyan male refugee, named Khairi Saadallah

Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth. The couple went on the run because they did not want the baby to be taken into care. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.

Court 6 at 10am trial of Tashan Bailey-Brown and two others accused of stabbing and causing serious injury too an 18 year old youth in West Dulwich, London SE

Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Enriko Spadiu and others accused of murder. Kai McGinley,24, was shot dead in Erith, Kent.

Court 10 at 10.15am trial in the case of Theo Simon and others accused of murder.  Givani Espuet, 21, was stabbed to death during a mass brawl outside a restaurant in Sudbury, West London

Court 11 at 10.30am trial of Amadou Bah and five others accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was shot in the chest in New Malden, South London

Court 12 at 10am trial of Karl Black and four others in relation to the murder of Jordan Briscoe, 25, who was stabbed to death in Tottenham, North London.

Court 15 at 10am trial of Sandip Patel accused of a murder that took place nearly 30 years ago. Marina Koppell,39, was stabbed to death in her Westminster, central London home in August 1994.
