CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON TUESDAY

Court 1 at 10am trial in the case of two women, Vanessa Atim, 31, and Stella Oyella, 53, who are charged with funding terrorism.

Court 2 at 10.30am trial of Austrian national Magomed Dovtaev accused of having videos of a building in Chiswick, West London likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.

Court 5 at 10am trial of Sheldon Rodrigues accused of the murder of Stephanie Hansen, who was found stabbed to death in her Haynes, Middlesex home.

Court 6 at 10am trial of delivery driver Joseph Sureshkumar, who ran over and killed a drunk man lying in the road. He was allegedly looking at Whatsapp and Youtube on his mobile phone seconds before running over Jonathan Fernando,37, in Hayes, West London.

Court 7 at 10am trial of Joshua Jacques, who has admitted stabbing to death four members of the same family at a home in south London, but denies murder. He has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of NHS worker Dolet Hill, 64, her partner Denton Burke, 58, the daughter Tanysha Ofori-Akuffo, 45, and granddaughter Samantha Drummonds, 27.

Court 8 at 10am Pre-trial review in the case of Mark Gordon and Constance Marten charged with manslaughter, concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. A huge search was sparked when Constance was known to have given birth but no baby was with them. The baby’s body was found in woodland near Brighton.

Court 8 at 10.30am trial of Ayaanie Adan and others accused in relation to a double murder. The charges relate to the deaths of Saydi Abu Sheikh, 23, and Zakariya Jeilani Mohamed, 32, who were both shot dead in a house in Ilford, East London.

Court 10 at 10am trial of Matthew Yusuff and two others accused of murder. Adrian Keise,32, was stabbed to death in Lambeth, London SE

Court 12 at 10.30am trial in the case of Theo Simon and others accused of murder.  Givani Espuet, 21, was stabbed to death during a mass brawl outside a restaurant in Sudbury, West London

Court 14 at 9.45am Mention in the case of Suvenca Martis and another, who are charged with murdering Richard Obi, 25, whose body was found by his sister after she received a mystery call and was directed to the scene. The victim’s mother was tied up with duct tape close to the body of her son. Obi had been stabbed nine times.

Court 14 at 10am trial in the case of Antonio Afflick-Mcleod and four others accused of murder. Iron Miah,40, was shot in the head in Whitechapel, East London

Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Hamza Abdi and five others accused of plotting to kill a man in Hackney last year.
