Court 3 at 10.30am Sentence of bus driver Paul Manu, who pleaded guilty to causing the death by dangerous driving of teenager Mario Radulescu,16. Speed and going through a red light were said by the judge to be aggavating features of the case.
Court 8 at 10am trial of Tyreece Riggon and others, accused of the murder of Lavaun Witter,22, was stabbed to death in Croydon, south London.
Court 9 at 10am trial of James Peppiatt accused of the murder of Tony Eastlake. The victim was known to his customers in north London as the “flower man of Islington”. The 55-year-old florist was fatally stabbed close to his stall.
Court 10 at 10am trial of Choudry Razaq accused of attempting to kill four pedestrians in a hit and run. Two men were critically injured while two others were treated for non-life-threatening injuries following a crash Hounslow, on September 25 2022.
Court 13 at 10.30am Sentence of Javid Ahmadzai accused of murder. Moosakhan Nasiri, 20, was Stabbed, punched and kicked by a group of fellow Afghans in abrutal assault in east London that had started because the victim owed money for drugs which he could not pay back immediately.
Court 15 at 10am trial of Hamza El-Chgar and another charged with the murder of 21-year-old Omar Abdullah and the attempted murder of a 20-year-old man. Both victims were stabbed
