Court 2 at 10.30am trial in the case of Christopher Baptiste,53, accused of the murder of 36-year-old Sonny Booty, who was found dead at a property in Lewisham, London SE
Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Daniel Benitez, 31, who is accused of killing John Davies, 56, who died on 1 April 2019, allegedly from injuries he suffered on 13 May 2016. The victim was the defendant’s ex-partner’s father.
Court 7 at 10am trial of Agash Jeyanandam and two others accused of murder. The victim, Abdul Rahman, 59, is believed to have died after being subjected to a violent assault.
Court 8 at 10am trial of Tyreece Riggon and others, accused of the murder of Lavaun Witter,22, was stabbed to death in Croydon, south London.
Court 9 at 12 noon New trial of James Peppiatt accused of the murder of Tony Eastlake. The victim was known to his customers in north London as the “flower man of Islington”. The 55-year-old florist was fatally stabbed close to his stall.
Court 10 at 10am trial of Choudry Razaq accused of attempting to kill four pedestrians in a hit and run. Two men were critically injured while two others were treated for non-life-threatening injuries following a crash Hounslow, on September 25 2022.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Joshua Broddle and others in relation to the discovery of two explosive devices in Greys Inn, in the heart of London’s legal quarter.
Court 13 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Chelsea Grant and another accused of the murder of 71 year old Susan Hawkey in North West London. The couple are also charged with fraud after going on a 14,000 pounds spending spree, using the victim’s bank cards. The victim’s body was found in a heavily decomposed state bound with brown parcel tape on the face and wrists.
Court 15 at 10.30am New trial of Hamza El-Chgar and another charged with the murder of 21-year-old Omar Abdullah and the attempted murder of a 20-year-old man. Both victims were stabbed
