Court 5 at 10.15am trial of Joshua Broddle and others in relation to the discovery of two explosive devices in Greys Inn, in the heart of London’s legal quarter.
Court 6 at 9.45am Pre-trial review of retired Met police constable Stephen Kyere accused of raping a woman in south-west London nearly 18 years ago. Kyere denies rape, attempted rape and indecent assault between 11 and 14 April, 2004. The attack allegedly took place when he was off duty.
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Ross Pallett accused of murder. The victim, 39-year-old Wayne Potter was found unresponsive at a house in Becton London SE.
Court 6 at 10.30am Sentence expected to be broadcast live of teenager Matthew King,19, accused of terrorist offences. He is an alleged Islamic State fanatic from Essex, who wanted to “torture, mutilate and kill military personnel” as he prepared to stake out a British Army barracks in Stratford, east London. King’s other targets for a potential knife attack included a police station, railway station, and Stratford magistrates’ court. (The Sky news channel on Youtube are expected to be streaming the sentencing)
Court 7 at 10am trial in the case of Bulent Bakir and others accused of the murder of 30-year-old Olsi Kuka. The victim, drug dealer was allegedly stabbed to death in a flat in Barnet, north London for his drugs and money.
Court 8 at 10am trial in the case of Leone Davies and others accused of murder. The victim, 31-year-old Mirko Naramcic was stabbed to death
Court 9 at 10am trial in the case of Fadel Dabbous and others accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was stabbed in Westminster, central London.
Court 10 at 10am New trial in the case of Petko Zhutev, who was arrested in a police operation that netted up to 184 million pounds worth of cocaine.
Court 15 at 2pm Sentence of Siyad Mohamud, 23, and Tariq Monteiro, 21, who allegedly fled the country after 16-year-old Alex Smith was fatally stabbed in 2019 in Camden. The defendants were arrested in Kenya’s capital Nairobi before being brought back to the UK to be charged.
Court 16 at 10am Mention in the case of Amraj Poonia and five others accused over the murder of Mohammed Shah Subhani,27, known as Shah, who was reported missing on May 7, 2019, when he failed to return to his home in Hounslow, west London. His body, which allegedly had shown signs of being tied up and burned was found by chance in woodland.
