Court 1 at 9.45am Plea in the case of Jack Forde accused of the murder of a 74 year old pensioner in New Cross, London SE. A post mortem found the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head, chest and abdomen.
Court 1 at 10.30am New trial of Asim Hasan accused of the murder of a 34 year old woman, who was found stabbed to death in an east London home.
Court 4 at 10.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of motorcyclist Nicholas Hopkins,20, who is accused of dangerous driving, and driving without a licence or insurance. He allegedly crashed into a family as they crossed a road in Plumstead, London SE, following evening prayers. Schoolboy Mustafa Ahmed, eight, died at the scene, his father and brother were both badly injured.
Court 5 at 10am trial of Tariq Monteiro, 21, and another who allegedly fled the country after 16-year-old Alex Smith was fatally stabbed in 2019 in Camden. The defendants were arrested in Kenya’s capital Nairobi before being brought back to the UK to be charged.
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Amraj Poonia and five others accused over the murder of Mohammed Shah Subhani,27, known as Shah, who was reported missing on May 7, 2019, when he failed to return to his home in Hounslow, west London. His body which allegedly had shown signs of being tied up and burning was found by chance in woodland.
Court 7 at 10am trial Bulent Bakir and others accused of the murder of 30-year-old Olsi Kuka. The victim was stabbed to death in a flat in Barnet, north London.
Court 9 at 10.30am trial in the case of Fadel Dabbous and others accused of attempted murder after a 28 year old man was stabbed in Westminster, central London.
Court 11 at 10.30am New trial in the case of Luke Matthews accused of murder. Kyle Kelson, 25, was blasted in the head with a shotgun in the early hours of June 19 in North Cheam, Surrey.
Court 13 at 9.45am trial in the case of Dwaine Harris and another accused of GBH. Reece Young, 23, was stabbed in Croydon in March 2021.
Court 14 at 10am trial in the case of Suvenca Martis and another, who are charged with murdering Richard Obi, 25, whose body was found by his sister after she received a mystery call and was directed to the scene. The victim’s mother was tied up with duct tape close to the body of her son. Obi had been stabbed nine times.
Court 15 at 9.30am Pre trial review in the case of Joshua Broddle and others in relation to the discovery of two explosive devices in Greys Inn, in the heart of London’s legal quarter
Court 15 at 10am Trial of issue in the case of Norris Henry, 37, who is charged with murdering, basketball coach, Ali Abucar Ali, 20, and the attempted murder of 82-year-old Elizabeth Walsh in Brentford, west London, on 12 November. Both knife attacks were said to be ‘”unprovoked”
Court 16 at 10am trial of Quincy French and four others accused of murder. Emmanuel Odunlami, 32, from Romford, East London was stabbed to death while out celebrating his birthday at a restaurant in the City of London. It is alleged he was targeted because of his valuable watch. But the watch turned out to be a fake version of a 300,000 pounds timepiece.
