Court 1 at 2pm Application in the case of Danville Neil, who is accused of killing 74-year-old Ann Castle and her 71-year-old brother William Bryan, almost 25 years ago in August 1993. He is also accused of burglary.
Court 4 at 10am Mention in the case of pensioner Dennis McGrory,75, who allegedly sexually assaulted, stabbed and strangled 15-year-old Jacqui Montgomery in her home in Islington, North London in June 1975.
Court 6 at 10am Sentence is expected to be broadcast live. Jemma Mitchell is accused of murder. Mee Kuen Chong, 67, known to friends as Deborah, was reported missing from her home in Wembley, north London, on June 11. Her headless body was found in woodland near the Devon town of Salcombe on June 27.
Court 6 at 11am Mention in the case of Nigerian senator’s wife Beatrice Ekweremadu and her husband Ike Ekweremadu accused of plotting to traffic a homeless man into the UK to harvest a kidney for her daughter. The pair allegedly trafficked the 21-year-old to London from the streets of Lagos in Nigeria in order to harvest his organ.
Court 6 at 2pm Sentence in the trial of Reuel Briscoe and others accused of attempted murder after a 32 year old man was shot in Hackney, East London.
Court 7 at 10am trial of former GP Manish Shah, who allegedly persuaded patients to have vaginal and breast examinations for his ‘sexual gratification’, Shah, 53, denies 41 sexual offences against eight victims over a five-year period between 2009 and July 2013.
Court 9 at 10am trial in the case of Jaden Forde and another accused of murder. The victim, 19-year-old Ahmed Beker was stabbed to death in Paddington Green, West London.
Court 12 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Caolan Gormley, a haulier, accused over a people-smuggling operation which ended in the deaths of 39 men, women and children The victims, all Vietnamese nationals, were found dead shortly after the container they were in arrived in Essex on a ferry from Zeebrugge in Belgium in the early hours of October 23 2019. He has denied a charge of conspiracy to assist illegal immigration.
Court 14 at 10am Mention in the case of Sriram Ambarla, 23, accused of attempted murder following a woman in her twenties being stabbed in East London
Court 16 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Agash Jeyanandam and others accused of murder. The victim, Abdul Rahman, 59, is believed to have died after being subjected to a violent assault.
Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Cornell Burrell and Oliver Scott accused of murder. The body of gym sales manager Justin Bello,38 was body found in a bin shed by dustmen. He had been strangled. Three others are also in the dock accused of trying to cover up the crime.
