Court 1 at 10.30am Court 10 at 10am trial of James Watson, who is charged with murdering six year old Rikki Neave. Rikki’s naked body was in woodland a few minutes from his home in Welland, Peterborough, on November 29 1994. Watson would have been 13 at the time of the killing. He was arrested following a cold case review
Court 5 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Sean Maurice,29, accused of murdering his father. Paul Maurice, 51, was found with multiple stab wounds to his chest at a house in Bromley, London SE.
Court 5 at 10am trial in the case of Bobby Ternent and another accused of murder. John Avers, 47, suffered “catastrophic” injuries when he was held down and run over four times, in Dagenham, East London supermarket carpark.
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Luke Matthews and others accused of murder. Kyle Kelson, 25, was blasted in the head with a shotgun in the early hours of June 19 in North Cheam, Surrey.
Court 6 at 2pm Pre-trial review in the case of Nathaniel Reece and others accused of murdering Imani Allaway-Muir, 22, who was gunned down near a children’s playground in Westbourne Estate, Islington, north London, on July 4.
Court 7 at 10.15am trial in the case of Kemar Brown and Phylesia Shirley. Themother, and her former boyfriend are accused of killing her two-year-old son The toddler suffered 39 fractures.
Court 9 at 10am trial in the case of Alfie Tullett and others accused of stabbing to death a 34 year old plumber in a Kent park.
Court 12 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Serkan Kaygusuz accused of Norma Girolami, 70, who was reported missing from her 900,000 pounds Highgate, North London home on September 20
Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of David Adeyanju and others accused of murder. Minicab driver Gabriel Bringye, 37, was found collapsed inside a vehicle in Tottenham, north London suffering from stab wounds.
Court 13 at 10am trial in the case of Danny Harle accused of attempted murder following a shooting in Herne Hill, London
Court 14 at 10am New trial in the case of William Chinyanga, 50 of north London, charged with four counts of encouraging terrorism, contrary to section 1 of the Terrorism Act. The UK based MDC-Alliance activist was arrested by British police last year for encouraging people to burn down service stations and businesses in Harare, Zimbabwe, through posts on Facebook. He worked as a supply teacher in London
Court 16 at 10am trial in the case of Daniel Morris and Martin Eastwood accused of murder. Liam Dent, 25, was dragged for half a mile under a car in Chessington, Surrey.
