Court 5 at 2pm Mention in the case of Sean Deery and a 15 year old youth accused of murder. Farhad, aged 32, was stabbed to death.
Court 6 at 10.30am trial in the case of Luke Matthews and others accused of murder. Kyle Kelson, 25, was blasted in the head with a shotgun in the early hours of June 19 in North Cheam, Surrey.
Court 8 at 11am Mention in the case of Shea Williams and two others accused of attempted murder following a shooting of a 30 year old man in Wembley.
Court 8 at 9.30am Mention in the case of haulier Caolan Gormely who was arrested in connection with the deaths of 39 Vientnamese migrants found deadnin a refrigerated container in Essex in 2019.
Court 9 at 10am Case management in the case of Kemar Brown and Phylesia Shirley. Themother, and her former boyfriend are accused of killing her two-year-old son. The toddler suffered 39 fractures.
Court 9 at 11am Case management in the case of PC Adam Zaman. The Met police officer allegedly raped a woman after leading her from a pub in Romford, east London, to a central London hotel where she claims the attack took place.
Court 9 at 12 noon Mention in the case of Daniel Briceno Garcia accused of a double murder. Sonia Calvi, 56, and 59-year-old Edgar Daza were found with multiple stab wounds at a flat in Stockwell, south London
Court 9 at 2pm Sentence in the case of father Dean Smith, who fatally injured his four week old daughter, Maisie, 20 years ago. The little girl was thrown across her bedroom when she was a baby on August 26, 2000, leaving her with a fractured skull and brain injuries. She survived until she was 14. Smith admitted manslaughter and was cleared of murder.
Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of Leon Smith, 39, Warwick Burrows, 47, and others, who are said to have been part of a gang war waged against Turkish crime families in north London. They deny conspiracy to murder.
Court 14 at 10am Sentence in the case of pensioner Keith Bettison,71, who denied murdering his 48 year old wife Ildiko Bettison in Chessington, London SW.
Court 15 at 11am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Cavan Medlock, who was allegedly armed with a knife when he is claimed to have carried out a racist attack on a firm of lawyers that he blamed for assisting migrants. Medlock allegedly attacked the London offices of Duncan Lewis solicitors, which has been involved in a series of high-profile immigration cases, days after Priti Patel, the home secretary, claimed that “activist lawyers” were frustrating the removal of failed asylum seekers.
