Court 4 at 12 noon Case management in the case of Airidas Janavicius charged with the murder of 44-year-old Marius Lakavicius following an assault in Dagenham, East London. The victim died of head injuries.
Court 5 at 10am Mention in the case of William Chinyanga, 50 of north London, charged with four counts of encouraging terrorism, contrary to section 1 of the Terrorism Act. The UK based MDC-Alliance activist was arrested by British police last year for encouraging people to burn down service stations and businesses in Harare, Zimbabwe, through posts on Facebook. He worked as a supply teacher in London
