CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON FRIDAY

Court 5 at 10am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Danville Neil, who  is accused of killing 74-year-old Ann Castle and her 71-year-old brother William Bryan, almost 25 years ago in August 1993. He is also accused of buglary.

Court 5 at 10am Mention in the case of Sulai Bukhari for allegedly attempting to murder a 61-year-old social worker as he carried out a welfare check on two vulnerable children in Wood Green, North London. The social worker and two police officers were stabbed during the incident.

Court 5 at 10.30am trial in the case of Grzegorz Szal and another accused of murder. Grzegorz Pietrycki, 25, collapsed outside a house in Wood Green, north London, in the early hours of August 23 2016 after being stabbed.

Court 12 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Anthony Kemp accused of a 1983 colc case murder. Christopher Ainscough, 50, was found with significant head injuries at his home in Kilburn, London NW more than 37 years ago.

Court 12 at 10.30am trial in the case of Shariq Khan and others accused of murder. Mohammed Mirza, 19, was stabbed to death in Ilford, East London last November.

Court 13 Not sitting trial of in the case of Tishaine Johnson-Farrell and another accused of attempted murder after a 16 year old youth was stabbed in Haringey, North London.

Court 14 at 10am trial of Armen Aristakesyan accused of murdering a woman in Ealing, West London. Serafima Meshaka, 58, died after suffering head injuries.
