CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON TUESDAY

Court 5 at 10am Mention in the case of Joseph Barker and another accused ofmurder. Kai Davis,22, died from a knife wound to the chest after being stabbed in Kingston, Surrey

Court 6 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Jaden Forde and another accused of murder. The victim, 19-year-old Ahmed Beker was stabbed to death in Paddington Green, West London.

Court 6 at 10am trial of Kevin Arnold, who allegedly stabbed to death his 61 year old uncle Michael Fletcher’s at his Luton flat to pay a debt. He forced his uncle to reveal the PIN number of his bank card at knifepoint. The victim suffered 47 knife wounds.  The debt was owed to 51-year-old Barry Gavin, who also denies murder.

Court 8 at 10.30am trial in the case of Nanu Miah and four others accused of murder. Property manager Eron Miah,40, was found at 10.30pm lying in a side road in Whitechapel, East London on November 19th with gunshot wounds to the head

Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of Shariq Khan and others accused of murder. Mohammed Mirza, 19, was stabbed to death in Ilford, East London last November.

Court 13 at 10am  trial of of Tishaine Johnson-Farrell and another accused of attempted murder after a 16 year old youth was stabbed in Haringey, North London. 

Court 14 at 10.30am trial of Armen Aristakesyan accused of murdering a woman in Ealing, West London. Serafima Meshaka, 58, died after suffering head injuries.
