CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON FRIDAY

Court 1 at 9.30am Preliminary hearing in the case of Benjamin Raymond, the co-founder of the Neo-Nazi group National Action, accused of terrorist related offences.

Court 5 at 10.15am trial in the case of Edison Brahimi and another accused of murder. Grineo Daka, 27, was shot dead at the Phoenix Snooker Club in Leyton, east London, on July 7.

Court 5 at 11.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of James Sinclair accused of murder. Shadika Mohsin Patel, 40, was stabbed repeatedly in the chest in East Ham, East London in the early hours of Thursday, March 19.

Court 5 at 12.15pm Mention in the case of Grzegorz Szal and another accused of murder. Grzegorz Pietrycki, 25, was stabbed to death in 2016.

Court 5 at 2.30pm Mention in the case of David Cheres accused of murder. Thai national Tiparat Argatu, 43, died from neck and head injuries at a property in east London.

Court 8 at 10am trial of Samual Agyeman and others in relation to a shooting of a 26 year old man. The victim survived.

Court 9 at 10.30am New trial of Reanne Phillips, an alleged stalker, who is claimed to have sent thousands of instagram messages branding musician Franck Kouassi a rapist and a paedophile in an ‘attempt to destroy his music career after she had slept with him once.

Court 11 at 10am trial in the case of Emeka Dawuda-Wodu and others accused of perverting the course of justice. William Algar’s dismembered body was discovered at an address in Barnes, London SW on January 3, following concerns for his welfare. The 53 year old’s arms and legs had been removed from the body and a post-mortem examination carried out at Kingston Mortuary gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.

Court 12 at 10am trial of Clive Spencer and others accused of murder. Chad Gordon,27, was shot in the head in Haringey, North London in May.

Court 13 at 10am trial of student, Andrew Dymock, 23, who is alleged to have promoted the neo-Nazi System Resistance Network (SRN) group through his Twitter account and website.

Court 14 at 11am trial of Kiziku Tuwizana, Besnik Berisha and Bobby Rogers accused of a double murder. Two Eastern European men aged 30 and 35 years old were stabbed to death in Hertfordshire just before Xmas 2019.

Court 15 at 10am trial of two alleged gunmen accused of stealing a luxury Range Rover in a plot to kill a rival. Leon De Silva, 21, and Rached Itani, 20, allegedly planned to murder Kemal Bassaragh on 6 November last year.

Court 16 at 10am Mention in the case of Nicholas Jones accused of stabbing to death 45- year-old Paul McCarroll in Croydon, South London. The victim was the defendant’s mother’s boyfriend.

Court 16 at 11.30am Plea and trial preparation n the case of Curtis Brown accused of murdering a 48 year old woman in Ealing, West London.

Court 16 at 2.15pm Plea and trial preparation in the case of UK rapper and grime artist Skrapz, real name Christopher Kyei, 32, charged with perverting the course of justice in relation to the murder of Craig Small,22, who was gunned down in Wembley, London NW.
