Court 5 at 10am trial of Saharded Hassan and two others accused of a shooting in West London. Leon Maxwell,38, was shot dead.
Court 6 at 10.30am trial of Mariam Benzain, who is accused of stabbing to death her five month old baby daughter in Harrow, London NW
Court 9 at 10am trial of Hafid Omar accused of murder. Rail worker Asante Campbell, 24, was set upon by four hooded men on an estate in Hendon north London, and stabbed to death.
Court 9 at 10am trial in the case of Emeka Dawuda-Wodu and others accused of perverting the course of justice. William Algar’s dismembered body was discovered at an address in Barnes, London SW on January 3, following concerns for his welfare. The 53 year old’s arms and legs had been removed from the body and a post-mortem examination carried out at Kingston Mortuary gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
Court 10 at 9.30am Alleged contract killer Leon Smith is accused of plotting to murder two Turkish men, Ercan Garip and Sian Ozger, between 19 September and 13 December 2019
Court 10 at 11.30am Application in the case of Suvenca Martis, who is charged with murdering Richard Obi, 25, whose body was found by his sister after she received a mystery call and was directed to the scene. The victim’s mother was tied up with duct tape close to the body of her son. Obi had been stabbed nine times.
Court 10 at 2pm Sentence in the case of Scotland Yard detective DC Mark Collins,57, who has pleaded guilty to a number of child sex offences, including one count of attempting to cause/incite a girl aged 13–15 to engage in sexual activity (with penetration).
Court 12 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Mark Alexander accused of murder. The charge follows a 26-year-old woman, named as Azaria Williams, who was pronounced dead at a Stockwell, South London address following reports of a distubance.
Court 12 at 10am trial in the case of Taylar Isaac and others accused of murder. Joshua White, 29, died in hospital after being stabbed through the heart on the afternoon of April 26.
