CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON TUESDAY

Court 1 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation in the case of Harvey MacFoy and others accused of stabbing Albert Amofa in the leg. The victim died on December 17, 2019, two days after he was found injured.

Court 1 at 11am trial in the case of Met police officer Benjamin Hannam, who is accused of being part of National Action, a neo-Nazi terrorist organisation and lying about his political history when applying to join the police.

Court 5 at 10am trial of Saharded Hassan and two others of a shooting in West London Leon Maxwell,38, was shot dead,

Court 6 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Petra Deliu and Lonel-Octavian Stanciu accused of murder and attempted murder . They are alleged to have set fire to the makeshift home of two Romanian men next to the North Circular Road ion Ilford, East London.

Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Sahayb Abu, 27, who ordered a sword-like “Qama” knife, another smaller blade and a bulletproof vest online, while allegedly planning for an attack to be carried out in Britain during the coronavirus pandemic.

Court 8 at 10am trial of  Fardeen Mirza and others charged  with three counts of conspiracy to commit murder after a double shooting in Ilford, Essex.

Court 9 at 10am trial of Hafid Omar and two others accused of murder. Rail worker Asante Campbell, 24, was set upon by four hooded men on an estate in Hendon north London, and stabbed to death

Court 12 at 9.45am trial of Clifton Bascal and another accused of carrying out a machete attack on Royon McLean after chasing him through a block of flats in Catford, south London. The victim suffered facial injuries.

Court 12 at 10.30am case of Taylar Isaac and others accused of murder. Joshua White, 29, died in hospital after being stabbed through the heart on the afternoon of April 26.

Court 13 at 10.30am trial in the case of Elijah Morgan,19, accused of murder. Drill rapper, Crosslom Davis, 20, also known as Bis, was fatally wounded on Bronze Street, Deptford, southeast London on December 6 2019. He was a member of the Harlem Spartans music group, based in Kennington, South London.

Court 14 at 10.30am trial of professional footballer Benjamin Agyeman-Badu, 21, and Darren John, 22, allegedly attempted to murder Henry Bardi in east London. Former Blackpool FC winger Agyeman-Badu is said to have been in possession of 1922 model Browning self-loading pistol

Court 16 at 10.30am trial in the case of two alleged gunmen accused of stealing a luxury Range Rover in a plot to kill a rival. Leon De Silva, 21, and Rached Itani, 20, allegedly planned to murder Kemal Bassaragh on 6 November 2019. They are on trial with two other men
