Court 5 Not sitting trial of Saharded Hassan and two others accused of murder in North London. Leon Maxwell,38, was shot dead.
Court 6 at 9.30am Plea and trial preparation of Suvenca Martis, who is charged with murdering Richard Obi, 25, whose body was found by his sister after she received a mystery call and was directed to the scene. The victim’s mother was tied up with duct tape close to the body of her son. Obi had been stabbed nine times
Court 6 at 10am trial in the case of Sahayb Aweys Munye Abu, 27, and another charged with the preparation of terrorist acts, contrary to section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
Court 6 at 2pm Sentence of Javad Arabhalvei, who attacked and choked his wife in a fit of jealosy. He was convicted of wounding. The court heard he saw the victim, Parissa Ali-Kaei as his ‘property
Court 8 at 9.45am trial of Fardeen Mirza and others charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit murder after a double shooting in Ilford, Essex.
Court 9 at 10.30am trial in the case of Elijah Morgan,19, accused of murder. Drill rapper, Crosslom Davis, 20, also known as Bis, was fatally wounded on Bronze Street, Deptford, southeast London on December 6 2019. He was a member of the Harlem Spartans music group, based in Kennington, South London.
Court 10 at 3pm Preliminary hearing in the case of Stefan Aristidou, 27, who is accused of texting ISIS videos of beheading and executions. He moved from his North London home to Syria and was arrested at Heathrow Airport after arriving on a flight from Turkey.
Court 12 at 9.30am Pre-trial review in the case of Kane Gilead accused of murder. The victim 25-year-old Ramane Wiggan, was shot dead in Lambeth, South London
Court 12 at 2pm Sentence in the case of Rhian Beresford , who admitted manslaughter. Police were called at around 1pm to Acton, west London in March last after a 54-year-old man died when he was struck by a car. The driver left the car and attacked another man, who was not seriously injured.
Court 13 at 10am Hearing in the case of two alleged gunmen accused of stealing a luxury Range Rover in a plot to kill a rival. Leon De Silva, 21, and Rached Itani, 20, allegedly planned to murder Kemal Bassaragh on 6 November last year
Court 13 Not sitting trial of Hussein Egal accused of bludgeoning his wife to death. He allegedly told police she had asked him to move out because he was suffering from coronavirus.
Court 16 at 10am trial of Hafid Omar and two others accused of murder. Rail worker Asante Campbell, 24, was set upon by four hooded men on an estate in Hendon north London, and stabbed to death
